philosophy
My beliefs, principles and way of living
Integrity.
Integrity is one of my strongest values. Having integrity means to me standing honestly for his beliefs, act consciously and being trustworthy. This also applies to my employer choice refusing to take a moral compromise.
Do it or leave it.
This does not mean, that someone has not the right to experiment, try or fail. Actually it means the opposite : When you try, do not do it half-way.
Same for work : If you plan not doing something properly, there is no point in doing it.
This determination and commitment is constantly perceivable in my work. Combined with the fact that I am easily motivated makes me an engaged co-worker.
The helping hand.
This is a perfectly suitable metaphor describing me.
Helping others to achieve their goal is something, which gives me greatest joy.
Therefore, my team leadership style is involving and engaging.
Smile.
Finally, the (not always) simplest task to do in your everyday life.
To me, being open-minded towards other people, spreading a positive aura and
helping whenever you can, is strongly anchored in my DNA.
Smiling is a great way to describe this optimistic attitude, which often helped me to find solutions,
I would have never imagined.
